Interestingly enough, this sermon is on line. The money quote (pun intended) is this:
" The problem with law, the problem with regulations, whether they be the Ten Commandments, or New York City traffic law, or Tim Geithner's proposed new financial rules, is always the same problem. Law, rules, regulations, may indeed change outward behavior sometimes; they don't much change the inner person; they don't change the human heart."
That's an orthodox sentiment if I ever heard one. This minister is obviously fond of catchy sermon titles, but his message seems to be fairly conservative.
