Reverend Jeremiah Wright is a Right Wing Extremist

Reverend Wright recently has come under scrutiny for remarks he made to a reporter about the president of the United States being controlled by "them Jews". Referring to President Obama, he told reporter David Squires that,
"them Jews ain't going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter that he'll talk to me in five years when he's a lame duck, or in eight years when he's out of office."
These words are eerily similar to those spoken by another Republican extremist recently,
"Obama was created by Jews. Obama does what his Jew owners tell him to do. Jews captured America's money. Jews control the mass media."
Obviously, all Jew haters are right winger extremists who pose a danger to our country. Hopefully the Department of Homeland Security has Reverend Wright on their right wing extremist watch list so they can prevent him from doing serious harm.

I understand why Republicans are so defensive about this one, but your not approaching the defense the right way.

If I were in your shoes, I'd use examples of how Republicans played the "terrorists are all going to kill us" fear card to get us into a war based upon manufactured pretense as example of why Democrats too eager to make this meme stick to Republicans.

Another challenge you face is that this looney was a member of several anti-government organizations, and was an active tea-bagger. Those activities definitely belong to the right wingers. Also, he was arrested in 1981 preforming an armed "citizens arrest" at the Federal Reserve. That's pretty right wing too.

The facts just aren't on your side here I guess, so I again understand why the comparisons would make you uncomfortable enough to bring up Wright, who is indeed an extremists, but one only the right wing extremists have cared about enough to pay attention to in the first place. Unfortunately, the effort to distract by drawing a contrived comparison only makes me more convinced this will be a fun talking point to repeat.

"is bad form," the last sentence in paragraph two should end with.

Sometimes I get so involved in my own hilarious and insightful commentary on your posts, I forget to finish my sentences.

You miss the point. I don't care what "wing" anyone's from. But you and yours do.
