Twin Falls Temple

The above picture is a rendition of the temple being built in my hometown of Twin Falls Idaho. There are currently 124 temples operating in the world. On lds.org there are links to pictures and video of all the temples being built around the world. The link to the Twin Falls temple construction page is found here. There's also a webcam in place, found here.

It's coming along so nicely isn't it? Thanks for the front picture shot. With Eastland closed at that corner, I only get to see the south and west sides.

How excited you must be to have a temple being built in your own city. I remember growing up in places where the closest temple was a MINIMUM of 8 to 9 hours away. Now that I live in Happy Valley, I have a temple ten minutes to the north and ten minutes to the south. Going on a weekly basis is one of the greatest joys and privileges of my life.

The picture of the temple looks beautiful.

hey, I am an Idahoan too! Born and raised in Buhl as a matter of fact!! I love to see the temple every time I go to visit my folks. I can't wait til it is done. We are hoping to take our kids to the open house.
